Miller Avenue and to reduce the cost to the City and taxpayers in maintaining vacant lots; determining said property is not needed for public use; and declaring an emergency. Vote: 12-0.

 

 

ORDINANCE No. 366-2025 authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to file applications and enter into an agreement or agreements with the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) and with the Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) for planning, design, and/or construction of the Brittain Road Reservoir Replacement Project; and declaring an emergency. Vote: 12-0.
