Pursuant to Section 141(A)(4) of the Akron City Charter, upon convening this special meeting, City Council intends to move into private Executive Session in order to discuss matters relating to negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees, specifically, the report of the Fact Finder issued in the course of collective bargaining between the City of Akron and Akron Firefighters Local 330, Case No. 2024-MED-09-0979.
