ORDINANCE NO. 203-2025 authorizing the disposition of a portion of City-owned property (Summit County Parcel No. 6858877) to Let’s Grow Akron to allow the continued maintenance of a community garden and reduce the cost to the City and taxpayers in maintaining vacant lots; determining said property is not needed for public use; and declaring an emergency. Vote: 12-0.

 

 

ORDINANCE NO. 204-2025 authorizing the removal of designation as a through street for portions of Lovers Lane from its intersection with Beardsley Street to 115 feet west of its intersection with Brown Street, 124 feet east of its intersection with Brown Street to its intersection with Burkhardt Avenue, its intersection with Coventry Street to its intersection with and Ada Street, and its intersection with the north leg of Merton Avenue to its intersection with the south leg of Talbot Avenue; and declaring an emergency. RESOLUTION NO. 205-2025 declaring it necessary to improve certain streets in the City, between certain termini, by providing street-cleaning services and street lighting; and declaring an emergency. Vote: 12-0.
