ORDINANCES & RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT PREVIOUS MEETING

ORDINANCE NO. 98-2025 authorizing the sale of City-owned property located in Goodyear Heights and Ellet (Summit County Parcel ID Nos. 68-21816, 67-36026, 67-36027, 67-36028, 68-11095, and 67-11096) to Integrity New Construction, LLC, pursuant to the City’s Welcome Home Akron Program, in order to facilitate the productive reuse of the property, construct six (6) new homes, and reduce the cost to the City and taxpayers in maintaining vacant lots; determining said property is not needed for public use; and declaring an emergency. Vote: 13-0.

ORDINANCE NO. 99-2025 ratifying the actions of the Director of Public Service, or his designee, in contracting with Wingfoot Rental and Development Company for the emergency site preparation for the temporary location of the Lock 3 skating rink; authorizing payment therefor; and declaring an emergency. Vote: 13-0.

ORDINANCE NO. 100-2025 authorizing the Director of Public Service, or his designee, to enter into a contract or contracts, without the formality of publicly advertising for bids, with General Electric (GE) for the purchase of a GE iFix Global Care Complete Software Support Package for the Water Supply and Wastewater Bureaus for a three-year period; and declaring an emergency.
