ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of City-owned property located in Goodyear Heights and Ellet (Summit County Parcel ID Nos. 68-21816, 67-36026, 67-36027, 67-36028, 68-11095, and 67-11096) to Integrity New Construction, LLC, pursuant to the City’s Welcome Home Akron Program, in order to facilitate the productive reuse of the property, construct six (6) new homes, and reduce the cost to the City and taxpayers in maintaining vacant lots; determining said property is not needed for public use; and declaring an emergency.
