ORDINANCE NO. 228-2024 authorizing the Mayor or his designee, to enter into a memorandum of understanding with Summit County, Summit County Land Bank, GAR Foundation, and Greater Akron Chamber for the analysis of sites to determine feasibility of development; and declaring an emergency.
